They're pretty hard to find, but usually worth it when you do. <br /><br />Two quick things: New York isn't part of New England, and Rhode Island (also great oysters from the Ocean State) was the first to declare independence, May 4, 1776. Was just up there and had some fantastic striper caught off Block Island- never knew that was the same as rockfish down here before your recent post. <br /><br />Look forward to seeing these gems make their way to DC. <br /><br />-B.
